We are recruiting on behalf of a financial services organisation based in Stratford-Upon-Avon, for a temporary administrator to work within their Accounts Receivable team, beginning as soon as possible for at least six months. This is a purely office-based role, and you will be required to work full time in their beautiful Stratford-Upon-Avon office! The hourly pay rate for this role is £9.50 per hour, and working hours are 0900-1700 Monday-Friday. This role would suit either an individual with previous admin experience, or a graduate or school leaver looking to gain experience in a wonderful organisation!

Activities to include:

  • admin support to the telephone based team

  • verifying and cross checking information across different systems

  • document quality checking and dispatch of the default & cancellation letters

  • basic data input into Excel

  • sporadic calls to the Agency with regards to the account queries (around default letters)

  • overview of the incoming post

  • preparing documents in preparation for scanning

As their systems are process heavy and are quite complex, they are looking for an individual who is a quick learner and is well organised.

No prior knowledge/experience is required so a school leaver who would like to dip their toes in the working environment, would be absolutely fine!
