ADECCO are recruiting an Administrator for their client based in Swansea.

Full-time (Mon-Fri)

Immediate starts available!

This is an excellent and exciting full-time opportunity for someone with good administration and communication skills!

The Role:

  • Updating current databases and data entry

  • Responding to incoming enquiries

  • Managing email inboxes

  • Providing excellent customer service at all times

  • Liaising with internal teams

  • General administrative duties to support the team, as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous administrative experience

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Strong Microsoft office skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Good level of education with good literacy and numeracy skills
