Administrator
Location: Waltham Cross
Salary: £23,000-28,000 + Flexible benefits
We have a brand new opportunity ideal for an administrator looking for their first role in a fast pace environment, or an experienced administrator looking to further develop their skills. You will be responsible for organising the scheduling of all production within the company's prototyping department.
Duties of the role:
* Commit to ensuring that the schedule is up to date and the work maintains a logical progression through the Department.
* React to unforeseen problems, rolling the disrupted job down the work chain, and seeking to minimise lost time, material, and working hours.
* Working with the Lead Designers & Manager, to identify and erase potential clashes in the schedule and upcoming Holidays, understanding the potential pitfalls and costs involved.
* Maintain a clear and effective communication loop with the Production Controllers and Account Management on the status of the tasks to be completed.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent Computer Skills (in Excel & Word)
* Good organisational skills to trouble shoot conflicting jobs and to prioritise jobs above
