Our client based in the Wirral area is currently looking for an adhoc administrator to join their busy team.

This role temporary initially for 6 months but may go permanent for the right person.

This is also on an ADHOC basis, meaning this role is part time, and you will be required to work as and when the business requires. This can go between 1 - 5 days per week, but you will be notified in advance.

The duties of this role include, but are not limited to;

  • Responding to queries via telephone and email.

  • General administrative duties

  • Filing, scanning and photocopying

  • Helping out with office duties

  • Some property viewings.

The skills and experience required for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or similar background is essential

  • Experience in working within the housing or property sector is desirable

  • Good attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills

  • Chosen associate must have a clean driving licence and own vehicle

  • Ability to work to own initiative as well as part of a small team
