Adecco are recruiting for one of our Educational Clients based in Bolton, who are looking for a Temporary Administrator with DBS.

Duties will include:

� Preparation/publishing staff development opportunities

� Monitor course bookings

� Ensure employee data is updated

� Running reports

� To be the first point of contact for general enquires and requests for information

� Provide support to the staff development and HR department

� General administrative duties

� Other ad-hoc duties were necessary


� GCSE in English and Maths (Grade A - C) or equivalent.

� Experience of using a range of computer packages including word, excel, database, email and internet.

� Ability to collect and collate statistical and qualitative data.

� Good attention to detail.

� All applicants MUST have an enhanced DBS certificate to be considered for this role.

Additional details:

ASAP start - Temporary until Christmas 2019

22 hrs per week - days/hours are flexible
