Adecco are proud to be recruiting on behalf of Cheshire Constabulary for an Administrator to join their Witness Care team in order to deliver an effective and efficient service to the victims and witnesses of crime.

You will be vital part of the Criminal Justice system, providing witnesses with timely updates and results of court hearing whilst ensuring their attendance for trial and providing the appropriate support required to assist with coping and recovery. The role will be responsible for obtaining witness availability, cleansing of witness data, and administrative function of the unit.

Essential for this role is:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work with limited supervision and manage time effectively

  • Ability to manage conflicting demands, prioritise tasks and work to strict deadlines

  • Ability to check accuracy of data

  • A good level of IT and general office skills

Post is full time (Mon-Fri 37 hours per week) and will be for 6 months initially. Role is based out of Runcorn Police Station.
