Adecco in York are currently looking to recruit an Administrator to work within a Facilities department of our Public Sector client based in York


The pay rate is £10.29 to £11.94


This is a Full-Time role, working hours will be Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 4.00pm.


This is a Temporary role until the end of December, for the right candidate could lead to long term career prospects

As an Administrator you will be working within the staffing team, your responsibilities will include;



  • Supporting heads of service within the Facilities team.

  • Email and diary management.

  • Preparation and collation of reports

  • Arranging and attending meetings and taking minutes (meetings are recorded)

  • Cascading confidential and sensitive information to heads of service.
