Our Public Sector client based in York are recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to assist within their busy recruitment office.

As an Administrator you will support the Medical Rostering and Medical Staffing Teams with the pressure that they are facing due to increased demands.

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Providing administrative and coordination support that will ensure effective delivery of the service to the client.

  • Some of these duties will include inputting of requisition authorisation by the client on to the relevant system, releasing vacancies to suppliers, arranging vacancy briefings as well as administering internal and external job board postings.

The successful Administrator will have previous experience within recruitment, some medical staffing and or rota experience is desirable, be able to communicate at all levels, you will have strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise. You will have a good level of IT skills with experience in Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • This position is a temporary position for 1 month with a view to extending contract.

  • Working Pattern in 37.5 hours per week.

  • Pay rate is £9.09 to £10.45 per hour depending upon experience.
