Our client is a leading Insurance company based in York City Centre, due to continued growth they have instructed Adecco to recruit a Temporary Administrator initially for 3 months, however this could be extended.

Duties & Responsibilities

To support the day to day running of the Group Data Operations team of 25 people. This support would include:

  • Monitoring the team mailbox.

  • Booking/scheduling training and team meetings.

  • Degree of event management, co-ordinating speakers, supporting the planning of events, organising logistics e.g. tech support etc

  • Site maintenance.

  • Communications and liaison with stakeholders (BUs, Legal etc).

  • Gathering updates from people for reporting.

  • Lots of other 'housekeeping' type things for the team as and when things arise.

Skills & Experience required

  • Excellent organisation skills.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Good decision maker, even when under pressure.

  • Outstanding can-do attitude.

  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

  • Ability to contribute to a team but also can work independently.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel & Power Point skills.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday.

The pay rate is £12.00 per hour.
