An amazing opportunity has arisen for an Administrator/Fleet Scheduler that is looking to join a brilliant company that recruit and train beauticians and therapists to work with in the tourism industry.at supply fantastic beauticians on cruises around the world.



As an Administrator/Fleet Scheduler you will be working as part of a scheduling team, to plan and schedule staff to join Cruise ships.

As an Administrator/Fleet Scheduler you will need to:



  • To produce weekly report for staff rotations, to be completed with Director of Shipboard Personnel.

  • Update BOS with all new hire staff movements and request outbound flights with Agent (new hires only).

  • Request inbound flights with Agent (All staff) and coordinate any additional CL requirements, medicals, vaccinations with Personnel Administrator.

  • Organise medical debarks for all staff and STO/CL terminations for all staff.

  • Process staff expense claims and pre plan seasons and CL requirements, visas/seaman books.
