We are recruiting for our longstanding client an International leading distribution company located in the Maidstone area. They are looking for an experienced administrator to fill a position that has become available.


This role requires someone with good interpersonal skills, a great team player, confident and passionate about their work. You must have the ability to work in a busy and fast paced environment, be flexible, have good organisational skills and be computer literate.


***Due to Location you will need to have own transport***


Available Shift is:


Start 11.30am - 8.30pm - 40hrs weekly


You will need to be flexible as the shift might sometimes have an earlier start but latest finish time is 8.30pm



RESPONSIBILITIES: You will be required to:



  • Work as first point of contact to both internal and external customers

  • Resolve all customer and contractor issues

  • Handle all complaints, deal with all enquiries and orders in a timely and professional manner

  • Assisting and liaising with team on the field and customers

  • Professional yet friendly response to telephone calls, emails and letters promptly

  • sending out emails to both internal and external customers

  • Data entry and updating data on spreadsheets daily

  • Resolving all customers and clients delivery issues and queries

  • Providing Excellent Customer Service at all times

  • Occasionally assist in the warehouse

  • Handle all Adhoc administrative duties.


SKILLS:



  • Great Customer Service skills

  • Ability to multi task and work well under pressure

  • Be passionate, hands on approach and confident

  • Ability to be helpful, flexible and adaptable

  • Flexible worker, opportunity to work overtime and some Saturdays

  • IT Literate, excellent knowledge of MS office
