Administrator/Planner (Maternity Cover, Part time)-Diss-£ Competitive



We are currently recruiting for an Administrator/Planner role for Maternity Cover on behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Diss. This is a part time role with an extremely friendly team, perfect for someone with high levels of administration and customer service skills.



Salary: £Competitive


Hours: 22.5 per week, Monday-Friday



Job Responsibilities:



  • Coordinating service work and liaising with customers over email and phone

  • Organising accommodation, travel and other arrangements for the smooth running of services

  • Dealing with incoming calls from customers who require quotes and other information

  • On-boarding new customers onto the companies system

  • Coordinating online training for staff

  • Being the 1st point of contact for the companies technicians for work queries

  • Analytical skills using Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent customer service skills
