Administrator/Production Planner based in Altrincham












Key responsibilities




  • Interpret forecast and customer order data to determine production requirements

  • Develop short term and long term production plans and supplier capacity plans

  • Use Microsoft AX to plan production requirements and place purchase orders

  • Engage in regular dialogue with all customers and suppliers to track progress of orders and resolve any issues preventing orders being delivered to schedule.

  • Communicate daily to internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear and accurate communication and establish collaborative relationships.

  • Work with the Supply Chain team to identify changes in system/process to continuously improve our supply chain processes.

  • To establish and maintain strong working relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to include suppliers, internal and external sales, imports, warehouse and quality control.

� IT Literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel


� Principles ERP/MRP systems


� Specifically, previous experience working with Microsoft AX system is preferred



Experience


� Previous experience within a supply planning role within a high SKU FMCG environment


� Experience of working within a service focused environment


� Proven ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment is important
