Administrator/Receptionist


12 Month FTC



Adecco UK are currently recruiting for a Admin/Receptionist within the Crewe area to join the growing team of our client who are one of the world's largest train operating companies!



Your Responsiblities



  • Meet and greet colleagues and external customers at the Academy

  • Set up meeting rooms according to customer requirements

  • Take room bookings / enquiries via a range of communication channels, maintain a record of bookings, and ensure a consistent service to users of the Academy

  • Prepare delegate lists and upload them to the electronic signing-in system

  • Maintain records and arrange delivery of stock including uniforms, hot and cold drinks, and stationery.

  • Offer support, help and guidance to users of the Academy



You will bring to the role:



  • Experience in reception and administration duties

  • Customer service skills in a customer-facing environment

  • Customer service skills in a digital or telephone environment

  • Stock-taking, placing orders and stock management

  • Microsoft Office and excellent IT skills
