I am recruiting for a fast-growing company who is a global leader in insurance services. They are looking for a dynamic individual with a can-do attitude and have a passion to plan ahead. This is a great role for someone who is keen to progress with a successful insurance company.



  • Taking calls and meet and greet visitors

  • Answering calls

  • Sorting the post

  • Ordering stationary and any other office supplies


  • Providing administration support across various departments

  • General admin duties

  • Answering email enquiries

  • Systems admin, and data entry

Operational support:

  • Support creating and updating reports for the regional operations direct

  • Dealing with monthly and weekly reports

Keys skills:

  • Administrative skills preferred

  • Work well under pressure

  • Can work on own and with a team

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Great telephone manner

  • Personable

  • Intermediate excel

  • Good with MS packages

Monday to Friday 9 till 5.30

25 days holiday plus bank holidays
