Our client is seeking an after sales Administrator on a temp to perm basis.



Duties:


-Contacting stores and store customers via phone and email in line with client contractual requirements.



-Ensuring that the final resolution is in the best interest of the manufacturer warranty whilst maintaining customer satisfaction.



-Arranging and following up on the collection of damaged items and the delivery of repaired or replacement items through third party suppliers



-Customer warranty and repair resolution



Skill:



-Good IT skills


-Experience in a Workshop/Industrial Environment( Advantageous)


-Experienced working in high pressured environment,
