Permanent, full time Aftercare Administrator


Adecco Colchester are pleased to be representing a leading manufacturing retailer company based in Colchester. Now looking to expand the business due to growth and workload. The environment is fun but professional - a great mixture!


Joining the small Customer Service team, communication is key to be successful in this position, as you will be liaising with many different departments and customers daily.


Main duties include:



  • Booking in service appointments

  • Managing engineer's diary

  • Ordering parts

  • Delivering a high level of customer service to customers over the phone and face to face

  • Managing the booking service

  • Updating service logs and general administration


All training will be given, but MS office packages experience is essential, you will be confident with dealing with customers and be able to manage your own priorities and work efficiently.


Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm. Occasional Saturday.
