Do you have great attention to detail and experience with returns & repairs? My client is looking for someone to join their team as an Inventory Controller.



You will be responsible for control of all aftersales inventory in and around the business, and will control all aspects of returned watches, refunds, servicing and repairs within this esteemed watchmaker.



You will need to be able to use Excel





































































































































1. Stock ControlNew Intake
Track physical movement and documentation of new intakes from delivery to pick location
Raise issue and take corrective action if errors/ issues occur- sign off completed documents
Manage QA RTV stock being returned to UK
Customer Refund
Diagnosing the refunds - NN or New
Raise issue and take corrective action if errors/ issues occur
Servicing and Repair
Manage Biel Customer Repairs
Manage capacity of clinic
Raise issue and take corrective action if errors/ issues occur
Manage Servicing & Repairs process from initial reciept to delivery back to customer
2. Stock RoomEnsure the storeroom is keep organised and tidy at all times
Ensuring correct locations against watches in the clinic's
Enuring every Return Watch has a Job Number Allocated to it
Manage security of room
3. Watch QCMake assesments of watch quality for Refunds
Make assesment of quality of outbound Repaired or Serviced watch prior to despatch
Make assesment of Marketing watches being returned from 3rd party
4. ReportingProduce weekly reporting to the business on all
Investigate jobs well outside of KPI on quote date/quote feedback (chase Customer Service if necessary)
Investigate repair jobs in clinic well outside of KPI on repair date (chase technicians if necessary)
Ensure all "Refunds" are dealt with in a timely manner (Customer Service)
Report/Investigate an anomalies
