On behalf of our Tech Client, we are looking for a Program Manager with experience working with advertising agencies!

Job title: Agency Programme Manager

Duration: 11 months

Salary: £65.000 per year

Location: London & remote

We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to join our client's dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you will be helping to coordinate and deploy important programmes designed to deliver growth through the Agency Channel in support of their Advertising Business.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to take the initiative, to complete complex tasks and projects quickly, autonomously and to the highest standards across multiple markets. Additionally, they will need to react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, switch gears at a moment's notice, and take effective action without having to know the total picture.


  • Liaise with Agency Leads and other internal stakeholders to deploy agency programmes and initiatives, Eg. Project Managing Joint Business Partnerships, Managing internal and external stakeholder commitments and developing collaborative partnerships both within and outside of our company

  • Work with external stakeholders to project manage and deploy customer programmes

  • Review and report on progress and drive accountability

  • Keep up-to-date with the different platforms and tools we work with, such as SharePoint, as well as various tracking and reporting tools

  • Continually identify opportunities to increase customer value and deepen relationships

  • Effectively communicate throughout the project lifecycle

  • Learn quickly, be proactive, and assume ownership for multiple concurrent workstreams

Required skills and experience

  • Experience in projects and/or training coordination, specifically in a team coordination or program management position

  • Experience in the advertising or marketing industry and working with publishers and media agencies

  • Experience in designing slides with PowerPoint

  • Experience in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

  • Experience in designing in and working with Microsoft SharePoint

  • Detailed planning, time management and organisational skills

  • Experience deploying complex projects and programmes to successful outcomes

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail, even in a highly ambiguous and dynamic environment

  • Positive, proactive and able to always exercise great judgment

  • Experience in a multinational company

  • Ability to adapt to changing programs and processes

  • Track record of complex and creative problem-solving, and the desire to create and build new processes
