An exciting position for an Amazon Account Support Administrator has arisen for my client, a large global FMCG organisation based in Waltham on the Wolds, Leicestershire, situated a few miles away from Melton Mowbray. This is an excellent opportunity to grow and develop within a highly renowned and unique business.


Contract Duration: 4 wks


Pay rate: £17.45 per hour.


Hours: 37.50 hrs per week


Days of work:Mon - Fri.


BACKGROUND


Over the past couple of years, Mars Wrigley has made significant progress to define our Digital Demand strategy & foundational capabilities, which are critical to stay relevant and competitive in a world where consumers are increasingly shifting towards digital channels, especially post COVID-19. Having said that we have an opportunity to accelerate our presence and growth within Digital Commerce and move from highly distinct sales and marketing teams to a fully integrated Digital Commerce & Demand Team.


The key responsibilities of this role will be to support the Regional Amazon Account Managers (primarily the UK market) in administrative tasks.


THE JOB


The purpose of the role is to support the long-term growth strategy on Amazon and support the business as we move to a new regional structure.


The key duties of the role will include:



  • Invoice processing via an online portal system

  • Completing Audits and Data Analysis

  • Data input for key processes.


KEY OUTPUTS



  • Support the Amazon Key Account Managers to deliver full year P&L

  • Process invoices and have full understanding of the online portal system.

  • Complete audits of historical price claims

  • Analysing data and working with the key account manager to understand legitimacy.

  • Supporting with data input (mainly within excel) to support critical account processes.



  • Liaising on a daily basis with our external agencies & key contacts at Amazon.



  • Gaining understanding of Amazon ways of working and the Amazon business.

  • Supporting roll out of Amazon to support to other markets i.e. replicating processes for other markets as well as UK.


QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE



  • Previous Digital or Amazon experience not necessary but an advantage.

  • Strong Excel Skills with an eye for detail - ability to complete v-lookups and basic formulas)

  • Administrative Skills

  • Previous data analysis and data entry experience

  • Computer literate and able to quickly up-skill on internal systems.
