Rewards Analyst
Based in St Pauls
Paying up to £30,000


The primary focus of the role is to ensure the seamless delivery of the Adecco Group UK&I's reward programmes; primarily on the delivery of our bonus and commission schemes.


The role involves:



  • The delivery of sales compensation plans

  • The monthly calculation and processing of bonus and commission payments; resolving queries based on practice and precedence as appropriate

  • Producing MI that supports the review of the effectiveness of our reward programmes

  • Supporting the development of structures that encourage appropriate behaviours and support the wider business strategy. This will include bonus and commission schemes and may include salary structures

  • Modelling the impact of change requests both as part of the end of year review of bonus and commission schemes and also in response to ad-hoc requests during the year. Presenting the outputs of modelling to help support business decisions.

  • Providing advice in all aspects of the reward agenda to their client portfolio

  • Working with other teams in order to ensure problems are resolved and effective solutions put in place

  • Continuously identifying areas of improvement within existing processes and ensure those changes are effectively implemented

  • Involvement with ad-hoc reward projects; this may include the annual salary review process, or providing ad-hoc information and analysis as an example


You will possess good interpersonal skills, an eye for detail in order to succeed in this role. You will have an ability to see the bigger picture making the link between day to day activity and business goals. You will be naturally inquisitive and look to understand the context and reasoning for all we do within the team. This will include being naturally interested in understanding your colleagues' approach and processes. The ability to communicate often complex subject matter is essential as is a highly diplomatic nature. Strong MS Excel skills are a 'must'.


The role is part of a team and team working is an important aspect of our success. As well as taking responsibility for your own portfolio of work, you will be required to cover for other team members if they are not at work because of holidays etc
