This could be the role for you…

We are looking for a Commercial Account handler to join our client's busy team and will provide administrative support to the Commercial Business department.

Key Tasks:

  • Assist with email, post and phone enquiries

  • Answer basic claims and accounts queries after initial training

  • Liaise with the Claims Department

  • Review files and administer new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments for clients

  • Enforce Underwriting Guides for the Underwriting of scheme business

  • Work closely with other team members to ensure any client receives a prompt and efficient response. To track cases as appropriate to ensure a satisfactory conclusion is reached.

  • Maintain client relationships by providing excellent customer's service. Ensuring work is carried out with accuracy, confidentiality and deadlines are meet.

  • Input cheques, credit cards, data and or finance agreements onto the system.
