Audit Administrator


To provide a robust administration support role to the HSEQ Manager, ensuring that all documentation, training requirements and HSEQ related data is managed and processed appropriately.
Site auditing and reporting will also be a key part of the role to ensure continuous improvement and compliance for the department, and business as a whole.


* £18K, £21K dependant on experience


* Working hours- 8:30am-5pm ( 1 hour lunch)

* To manage all HSEQ related documentation on the internal documentation library, ensuring up to date, accurate and appropriately branded copies are stored and available to the business for use.



* Collating relevant documentation across all sites for regular and timely uploads.



* To provide accurate and timely response to all HSEQ related tender queries from across the business and audits from customers.



* Collation and reporting of company accidents, near misses and Riddors across all sites for the monthly HSEQ report, to include collation of all associated documentation for any relevant investigations / claims.



* To notify the Team Manager of any changes to legislation relevant to existing quality standards / procedures, prompted by the internal document system, and to make proposals for required changes to documentation / procedures.



* To monitor and manage first aid, fire marshall and all other HSEQ related training, qualification and memberships, notifying individuals of required actions in a timely manner, including DSE assessments.



* To facilitate business medical screening for employees, ensuring accurate tracking, recording, bookings and payments are completed as required.



* To maintain an understanding of existing quality standards and continue to develop this knowledge and understanding in accordance with updates and developments.



* To complete regular site compliance audits across the business, to include a summary report and recommendations of action for the HSEQ and Site Managers, on a regular basis in line with ISOQAR requirements.



* Liaise with Stourport and Ipswich Lab managers and assist with updating UKAS lab documents and uploading them onto Waterman/Greenspace.


Experience:


* Experience of audit/compliance/ISSA (either direct or been audited to understand process and level of detail)


* Experience on databases useful so can keep organised


* Ideal HSEQ Assistant, or audit or compliance background
