Billing Administrator

*Salary: £20,000

*Location: Harlow

*Type: Full time, Permanent (Monday-Friday)

Adecco Harlow are currently recruiting for a Billing Administrator to join our clients highly successful and passionate team. This role will be working for a market leading company, who pride themselves on giving a superior service to both their clients and customers, as well as being focused on developing and progressing their employees within the business.

The main focus of the Billing Administrator role is to ensure all invoices and associated documents are created accurately and in a timely manner.

Other duties may include:

  • Responsible for creating the daily, weekly and monthly invoices.

  • Raising and issuing credit notes.

  • Dealing with billing queries.

  • Administration tasks- filling and scanning documents

  • Must have some experience on SAGE.

This is a great opportunity for an individual to gain exposure within a busy and committed Finance department.
