Position: Billing Administrator

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm

Salary: £20-27k per annum DOE

Location: Wallington, SM6

Benefits: Pension, 20 days plus bank holidays, Birthday day off.

I am currently recruiting for a Billing Administrator on behalf of one of my clients based in Wallington.

Main duties include but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring accurate updating of accounts database

  • Ensuring contractors are paid correctly

  • Be responsible for ensuring time-sheets are accurate

  • To carry out the in-putting of contracts onto the accounts system.

  • Ensure all supporting documents are in place and correct for payments to be issued and invoiced

  • Check contractor expenses according to company and client expense claim rules

  • Other general accounts/administrative duties and day to day supporting of the accounts department
