Billing Co-ordinator

Job Title: Billing Co-ordinator
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm - 1 hour lunch / Friday: 8:30am to 4:30pm - 30 min lunch
Salary: £10.77 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Brackmills, Northampton

Duration: 3 Months

Parking Availability: Available Parking nearby

Key Skills

  • Identifying and resolving billing issues

  • Minimise billing holds and unbilled assets in line with targets and KPI's

  • To support the team leader to ensure departmental targets and objectives are met and assisting in relevant projects where required

  • Ensure invoicing produced accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with company policy

  • Work closely with the central team

  • Handle all internal customer enquiries promptly and efficiently to satisfy customer requirements and escalate in a timely manner if required.

  • Support continuous improvements within the department

  • Work within a high volume, fast paced and customer focused environment

  • Ability to maintain a high degree of focus on results, through regular/continuous review

  • To assist with any other projects as required

  • Good prioritisation and organisational skills

  • Numerate and literate

  • PC literate with good excel

  • Must have good English skills (read/write/speak)

  • Excellent communication skills
