Bookkeeper Temp FTC 3 months with possible extension

Monday - Friday - Work from home

9am - 5pm

Must have experience using Xero

This position will be a XERO to XERO migration project.

  • The person will be moving data from a current XERO set up to a new one.

  • They will be exporting data, adjusting to the new mapped account code, add tracking

  • categories, sense checking the information then uploading into the new system.

  • Importing bank statements, doing bank reconciliations and some manual journals

  • Checking inter-company accounts and basically ensuring that we have migrated the information correctly and that it matches.

  • They will be working with me and I will be supporting them and also helping where I can

  • They need to feel comfortable navigating through XERO and be comfortable with bookkeeping to trial balance level.
