Fantastic opportunity to join a well-established marketing leading recruitment company based in Sunderland.


Due to ongoing growth, Adecco are currently recruiting for a Candidate Consultant/Branch recruitment administrator to join the team, Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm (flexibility is required due to workload)


You will have the opportunity to work alongside and support some of Adecco's most successful consultants and work for one of Adecco's top branches within the UK.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, the primary function of the Resourcing is to provide a high level of administrative support to the Temporary & Permanent Consultant's and additional Administration duties to the branch, in accordance with the needs of the business.


Duties to include but not limited to:



  • Resourcing for candidates

  • Provide an efficient administrative service to the branch

  • Act as an ambassador for the branch - creating an excellent first impression over the phone and face-to-face

  • Ensure all branch administration is compliant with the company's quality standards

  • Manage weekly payroll, in a timely fashion whilst ensuring the data entered is accurate and compliant

  • Where appropriate, handle incoming candidate CVs, arrange candidate appointments and guide candidates through the registration process

  • Where appropriate, handle the registration process by interviewing candidates to assess qualifications, skills and previous employment and conducting skill checks to enable the best possible assignment selection

  • Where appropriate, help to fill vacancies and assignments for temporary candidates

  • Ensure the branch marketing plan is carried out to a high standard

  • Interact with clients when database cleansing, taking bookings and vacancies

  • Using Microsoft Office packages

  • Maths and English GSCE or equivalent
