Our client, a blue-chip Healthcare company based in Maidenhead, is seeking a Brand Manger to join the team on a 3-month contract with a view to be extended.

Main Purpose of Job:
To develop brand-marketing strategies, using all elements of marketing mix, including product development with the aim of increasing sales.

Main Duties:

  • Define and develop strategies to maximise brand potential

  • Execute promotional campaigns professionally and efficiently utilising the full marketing mix

  • Full budgetary responsibilities for ensuring promotional campaigns are within agreed spending limits

  • Liaising closely with all relevant brand team members

  • Lead preparation of the brand plan, update and long-range plan in area of therapeutic responsibility

  • Forecast demand to a high level of accuracy

  • Develop and implement specific competitive strategy

  • High level tactical planning

  • Create and implement KOL and market development strategies


  • Deliver sales targets

  • Manage A&P budget

  • Business planning

  • Achieve deadlines

  • Project Management

  • Lead in production of brand plans

  • Forecasting

  • Complete associated administration in line with company policies and procedures

  • Develop brand strategies/campaigns observing all company and industry standards


  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience

  • Marketing qualifications preferred

  • Intermediate use of MS Office

  • Proven track record in relevant environment

  • Relevant brand management or marketing experience and proven track record of success

  • Industry experience preferred

  • 5-7 years' experience in a similar role

  • Consumer marketing experience is key, food nutrition is advantageous.

  • Must be highly analytical and commercial, and prepared to get stuck into the day to day brand management responsibilities (including budget control and invoicing).
