Brand Merchandiser (Eyewear)

Salary: £25,000 + Bonus

Based in Chiswick

Mon - Fri 9.00am - 5.30pm (some flexibility required)

Immediate start

Clean UK driving licence required


  • Working with our customers to ensure our brand and products are merchandised effectively in store and staff have the necessary training to sell the products with confidence.

  • To assist the Head of Marketing.

  • To support the Marketing & Sales functions with the day-to-day duties, working pro-actively to drive the business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Custodian for in-store merchandising for all brands, ensuring the brand and its products have a prominent position at Point of Sale (POS) and that all products are merchandised effectively according to brand guidelines.

  • Providing training for customers to ensure our retail partners are passionate about our brand and confident to sell our products.

  • Support the sales dept. with general customer enquiries & requests in a timely manner.

  • To assist the Head of Marketing and wider team with all aspects of the marketing mix, as and when required, PR, events, channel incentives & general administration.

  • Occasional overnight stays in including weekend working maybe required to enable the business to achieve its goals.

Key Skills

  • Excellent presentation skills and able to effectively engage customers

  • Understanding of customer service and training in retail environments

  • Marketing Degree or Diploma preferred but not essential

  • Digital marketing skills preferred but not essential

  • High levels of Excel & Word essential

  • Power Point preferred but not essential.

  • Specific Presentation Training will be provided.
