We are currently recruiting for a Brokerage Assistant to work for an organisation based in Havering. The post holder would be required to provide an integrated financial administrative and management service,

Duties include:

  • Reconciling service based systems to the organisations core accounting system.

  • Processing payments to providers, suppliers, clients and members of staff through the appropriate systems.

  • Providing financial management information and advice to budget holders in respect of budget preparation and monitoring.

  • Support the Brokerage Officer with the tasks relating to the management of the department procurement cards.

  • Collate data and provide accurate management information with regard to Grants

Successful candidates would need experience in a similar financial role.
