Building Manager

Our Bournemouth based facilities management client are looking for a Building Manager to join their team on a temp to perm basis.

The role is based in Bournemouth Monday to Friday and the purpose of the role is to ensure smooth running of a residential building by managing and developing on site staff, providing a customer centric service to tenants and ensure compliance and health and safety policies are adhered to.

Main Duties

  • Act as the link between the tenants, managing agent and other stakeholders

  • Lead on buildings operations

  • Recruitment

  • General admin tasks

  • Deal with contractors

  • Provide written and verbal communications to tenants and managing agents

  • Oversee security

  • Monitor health and safety

  • Rota Planning

What we are looking for

We are looking for a candidate with a strong customer service background who is confident with Microsoft packages.


£22,000 to £25,000 p/a
