I am recruiting for an experienced, highly motivated Building Safety Project Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in delivering E2E transformations change in legislation, covering IT, People, Customer and Process.

You will be expected to work across a multi-disciplinary team to help make a positive impact in citizens lives.

Working from home, Monday-Friday (9-5), flexible working hours.

Main Responsibilities:

  • implementing and enforcing a regulatory regime for higher risk buildings

  • Enhancing the competence of both industry and regulators

  • Delivering oversight of the entire built environment

  • Lead and manage the project and the project team

  • Driving and Overseeing the delivery of the project

  • Ensure that the objectives are clearly defined and achieved

  • Working closely with stakeholders


  • PRINCE2 Practitioner

  • Project Management

  • APM Practitioner
