We are currently recruiting for a Building Services and Compliance Manager for our client based in Havering. The post holder would be responsible for the overall management of compliance programmes and implementation of appropriate controls relating to regulatory risk within the Housing stock. Fostering a culture of rigorous compliance across the directorate and managing and overseeing all statutory and non-statutory service areas (in house and external) in the following work streams; Domestic & Commercial Gas Services, Electrical Servicing and associated activities, Lifts and lifting equipment, Fire Safety, FRA Inspection and Remedial Delivery, Asbestos Surveying and Remediation, Water Hygiene.

Providing strong and professional leadership, strategic oversight and direction to the Compliance team and lead on risk mitigation and control. Leading the formulation and delivery of strategies, policies and processes to identify and control regulatory risks. Managing performance information and assurance on servicing contracts, taking any necessary action to ensure regulatory and legal requirements is achieved.

Successful candidates would need proven experience in a similar role.
