We are currently looking for a Business Support Administrator.

The Business Support Administrator is a crucial role for our client, which provides essential support to every department. The primary linkages will be with the Sales, Service and Project teams. With strong administrative, organisational and people management skills, and excellent IT skills, including outstanding Word, Excel and PowerPoint, the role provides pivotal support that enables each department and individual to better serve our customers and the business as a whole. The role is, by nature, varied, ever-changing and involves delivery of the most time-critical tasks. A highly structured, organised and systematic approach to work streams is therefore essential.


  • Creation and management of product records in the CRM system, including descriptions and imagery

  • Maintain clear, concise and up-to-date client and location records in the CRM system

  • Assisting the Service and Sales team with the creation of customer quotes and tenders, including copy, collation and proofreading

  • Creation and development of templates and management of document control

  • Arranging and chasing up quotations from suppliers

  • Processing of purchase orders, including raising, ordering and receipting in

  • Collation of O&M manuals

  • Assistance in the management of the fleet, including the booking of MOT's, services, repairs etc.

  • Booking of courses, hotels, venues and events

  • Provide general cover and support when required for the Projects, Service, Sales and Finance teams

  • Assist in the compilation of scheduled and ad hoc weekly and monthly internal management reports

  • General data entry

  • At all times to comply with internal policies and procedures and the standards of ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System), NSI regulations
