Main duties:



  • Provide customer service over the phone from new and existing customers

  • Process all new sales and customer orders

  • Organise engineers to visit customers.

  • Produce reports on equipment, network issues, customer spending ect.

  • Arrange deliveries

  • Adhere to company policy and procedures and audit requirements.

  • Order office equipment and Telecoms equipment for customers

  • Provide practical advise to customers


Essential



  • Good experience in similar role

  • Good Microsoft office skills including excel

  • Excellent telephone manner

  • Good organisational skills and experience in keeping diary
