Key Accountability's

  • Liaise with Manufacturing Managers to gain a full understanding of their needs and brief them on improved sources of supply.

  • Provide monthly KPI's for all H&S Briefs, Toolbox Talks, Housekeeping, SMAT Audits and Positive Safety Conversations

  • Provide weekly data for Time and Attendance to factory Team Leaders

  • Carry out administrative duties relating to the Projects Team, Maintenance, Business Improvement and Manufacturing

  • Time Managers Workplace (TMW) collection of the weekly Time and attendance and inputting to the HR System

  • Collection of the hours for the bar coding system from individual Team Members Provide Reception cover as and when required

  • Organising and recording training events and work experience

  • Input all types of purchase requisitions, predominantly for Projects

  • Data analysis for the utilisation reports

  • Inputting and checking purchase orders and collating all timesheets, recording SES (Service Entry Sheets) and highlighting any queries and resolving with Vendor prior to invoice being paid by Accounts.

  • Raising monthly PO's for various services and monitoring and recording receipts


GCSE - Maths & English

Relevant IT Proficiency - Excel and Word

NVQ in Business Administration - Desirable

Must have recent administation experience

Proficient in Chinese language
