A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst that is looking to join an expanding insurance provider.

As a Business Analyst you will help guide the team through the process of requirement gathering and user story development through a variety of agile techniques to ultimately delivery a product that delights our customers.

As a Business Analyst you will need to:

  • Consult with the business and Product Managers to prioritise and shape the product backlog, using Agile practices for prioritisation around business value.

  • Lead the facilitation of Project Initiation / Inception workshops, where necessary.

  • Developing quality user stories or other types of agile requirements, through a variety of agile techniques.

  • Assisting with the development of acceptance criteria (ideally in BDD format).

  • Facilitate key agile ceremonies (sprint demo/showcase, sprint retrospective, sprint/iteration planning, backlog grooming).
