Business and Product Trainer Role


We have an incredibly exciting opportunity to join an established organisation, opening up their new premises in Birmingham for the first time in the city centre. This is a long-term temporary opportunity to start ASAP, with the expectation to ultimately go permanent. This role is paying £21.00 per hour and will be working full time, five days per week. The intention is that this role will be continuing indefinitely with the end view of being transferred onto a permanent contract.



Location : Birmingham, UK Reports to : Head - Training Role Objective :



  • To conduct product, business and skill training for the consultant network and to track consultant / product performance, so as to design the training calendar to cater to their specific needs


In the above area of work, is primarily responsible for :



  • Ensuring adherence to training schedule and

  • Training

  • Training event and program

  • Train the trainer

  • Training process implementation. Principal Accountabilities :



  1. Support sales through Product & Sales Training



  • Managing the implementation of the Training Roadmap

  • Manage all channels of Training, ILT, E-learning, mobile learning, Social learning, Print and consultant led training while ensuring the Classroom Training delivery of defined no. of ILT Basic/ Advanced & Expert

  • Content Development (Presentations, Training Scripts, eLearning)



  1. Leadership Empowerment :



  • Conduct Go Director Workshop, Go Diamond Workshop, Train the Trainer Workshops on Compensation Plan and Product Categories



  1. Training Process Adherence :



  • Plan Prepare and share training calendar

  • Field Training Management System Entries

  • Track & record Consultant attendance

  • MIS & Reporting of key metrics on a monthly basis



Profile :


Education : Bachelor's Degree/PG Degree in Management


Experience : Preferably 5 to 7 years in Sales/Training, preferable in Direct Selling Industry Knowledge and skill set :



  • Strategic Planning

  • Managerial and Administrative Skills

  • Quick Learning Ability

  • Excellent Communication Skills

  • Willing to travel approximately 15 days in a month
