BUSINESS ASSISTANT PROFILE:
An EXCITING opportunity has arisen to work from home as a BUSINESS ASSISTANT. This successful client is looking for someone who has business admin and project management experience needed. You need experience in marketing, project management and being able to have strong administrative skills.


Job Description



  • Ownership of brands instore budget execution, i.e. request Purchase orders, ensure invoice payment and goods received, keep spend within budget, report spend & activity to budget owner and brand manager. All this will need to be done in line with clients requirements. You should be confident assessing spend trends, identifying where efficiencies could be made, and in forecasting future spend based on history.

  • Responsibility for ensuring magnificent, stand out Point of Sale designs for some of our most well-loved brands. You will receive briefs, design stand out display for core client brands, work artwork approvals with marketing, and keep to budget and time needs.

  • Working across multi-functional teams and an in-house project management agency to execute instore material brilliantly.

  • Handling logistics, tracking, and summaries for our Instore creative review panel.
    Ownership and accountability for the brand budgets and POSM projects under your responsibility.
    Engaging and enabling key business partners and executing with excellence on time.



What you need to have



  • Project management: with a track record of capacity to manage long and short term projects, multi-task and prioritise while keeping an excellent attention to detail.

  • Experience in Budget Management (Coupa) and Instore/POSM, and working in a marketing/sales environment would be preferable. Strong MS Office skills.

  • Experience in Microsoft system

  • Purchase orders

  • Processing invoices
