My client based in West London is in current need of an experienced Business Assistant/PA to join their team. The role will be based from home for the duration, however you will have access to the office should you wish to work from there.

Job title - Business Assistant / PA

Start date - ASAP

End Date - 30th July 2021

Hours - 09:00am - 17:00pm (1 Hour Break)

Location: WFH or office based in West London (either is suitable with the client)

Salary - £12-13ph

Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing highly diverse business support. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Heavy calendar scheduling, draft agendas & meeting minutes and proofreading

  • Arrange travel itineraries, visa applications (when required), car services

  • Coordinating meetings including the management of attendees, booking location and time, arranging meals and any A/V materials; strong knowledge of Microsoft TEAM

  • Create and manage POs

  • Office management: restocking supplies and managing the product closet

  • The ability to deal with people at all levels both internally and externally is critical

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Special project work

  • Diary and Expense Management

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a high degree of professionalism, extremely strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to deal with all levels of internal and external senior management in a professional manner

  • High degree of confidentiality and the ability to manage sensitive information

  • Excellent PC skills - MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

  • Strong verbal and written skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining priorities

  • SAP experience, desirable not essential
