Our well-known beauty retail client based in Bury, Great Manchester is looking for an experienced Administrator to work closely with their field sales team and customer data team.

Duties of the role will include - actioning new customer set up forms received via email, following on from the referrals sent from field sales reps, as well as addressing all forms received directly from customers.

Forms will then process onto our client's database creating all new customers their own unique portal log in details where they will be able to log in to order new products.

Strong written communications skills are required as the successful candidate with be the first point of contact in which the new customers have dealings with so professional and strong written customer service skills is essential.

This is a short-term temporary assignment starting immediately until the end of the year with the view that this could be extended.

Hours will be Mondays to Fridays, 9am until 5pm - working 3 days onsite at the client's office and 2 days remote working.

Hourly pay rate is £10
