ADECCO are recruiting for a Business Development Coordinator for their client based in the Swansea area.

Initially, the role will be home-based, but you will be expected to work from the office in due course.
The Role:
- Develop client relationships and provide outstanding customer service
- Qualify opportunities and generate leads (phone, email, social media, networking)
- Maintain CRM system
- Complete general administrative tasks and support wider BD/Sales team
The Candidate:
- Educated to degree level
- At least one year's relevant experience
- Ability to work to deadlines and KPIs
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Excellent IT skills, including using social media
- Excellent organisational skills
- Team-player
