We are recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join Adecco.

Location: Crewe - Hybrid working

Salary - up to 30k plus Bonus

Adecco Retail has had a record year, and we are looking for motivated sales/business development people to be part of our new sales division.

What are we looking for?

This opportunity would ideally suit an individual with a Recruitment background, although not essential, who is looking to step into a full sales position, who thrives in competitive environments, has bags of initiative, a thirst for responsibility knowledge and enjoys the recognition and financial rewards that come with being a top performer in a professional field.

What would be your responsibilities?

  • Picking up Marketing leads and qualifying new opportunities using state of the art technology to gain leads and key market intel

  • Focusing on new business and lost clients at a senior level.

  • Responsible for tracking the success of leads to revenue, but also tracking the success of the technologies involved to help streamline the business develop process of a leading recruitment agency.

  • Speaking with new clients over the phone

  • Potentially meeting with new prospect clients on Teams

  • Build relationships with Regional Managers, Branch Manager and Business Development Manager in aligned patch to understand their business and sales pipelines.

  • Analysing and reporting on any new market trends.

  • Targeted on volume of clients spoken with and visits booked for Business Development Managers and Branch Managers

  • Keep appraised of competitors status and market activity and be able to position Adecco UK&I above them in sales presentations and negotiations.

  • Occasional requirement to attend Sales Team Meetings around the UK when required

  • Have proven track record in winning and converting business within Recruitment Sector
