Business Development Executive
Location: London, Liverpool Street
Salary/Rate: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (OTE £40-£50k)
Type: Permanent, Full- time
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm


Adecco City are currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive on behalf of our Globally recognised Client, an International Training leader within the Audit sector. This Internal Sales, office-based role will be solely focusing on the UK & EU markets and will be a combination of both existing and prospect customers.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers to increase business opportunities.

  • Liaising with internal and external departments by email, phone and face to face to ensure customer expectations are fulfilled.

  • Present, promote and up-sell company services to increase company revenue.

  • Act upon customer enquiries to ensure the most suitable training package is offered.

  • Conduct market research to generate leads and business opportunities.

  • Regularly communicate with customer via telephone and emails.

  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes.

  • Work alongside marketing to deliver new campaigns to your customers.

  • Any ad-hoc duties as deemed suitable by the business.

Qualifications, knowledge & experience

  • GCSE standard of education.

  • Strong MS Office skills.

  • Previous experience with a CRM system (desirable)

  • Previous experience selling training courses (desirable)
