Adecco Warrington are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive to join one of the UKs leading Telecoms distributors, specialising in Call Centre and Unified Communication headsets in Leigh, Greater Manchester.

Salary is £23-25k per annum (dependent upon experience).

OTE year 1 - £24k-28k, year 2 - £31k-34k, year 3 - £40K plus

Hours of work - Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, with 1 hour for lunch.

What to expect?

The role will grow from a telesales executive position to a telesales account manager position as the candidate develops a spending customer base and demonstrates their knowledge / experience.

The ideal candidate will ideally have B2B telesales experience, experience selling IT and Telecoms services is advantageous but not essential. Being self-motivated is a key aspect of the role as the right person will want to grow a large account base from the data that we provide and must be experienced at actively negotiating business opportunities.

It is essential that you are a highly organised individual that sets personal goals to achieve the company sales targets, while also setting and achieving your own targets for self-development and growth.

Once an account base has been developed you will then manage all the accounts that you have brought on board, you will need the ability to sustain strong customer relationships, which is fundamental to the position theat will evolve into an account management role, and these accounts will be nurtured via proactive telesales calls to your customer base and having regular touch points, in order for you to be the go-to person in our industry for sales.

Key Duties:

  • Promote & sell the company's range of products & services by contacting key personnel within the supplied customer base via telesales calls.

  • Proactively calling potential customers to develop them into spending accounts by effectively utilising your time.

  • Databases will be supplied via our CRM system, which must be kept up to date, and staff will also be expected to source their own leads and to diary their own calls & collate relevant information through our CRM system and also to ensure the CRM system is up to date with customers current details.

  • Training will be provided by manufacturers that we work closely with and in-house training will be provided on our systems and products, so the successful candidate has a detailed knowledge of the leading products in our market. Further knowledge of telecommunications equipment and experience of the following software would be advantageous but are not essential.

  • ACT by Sage, Microsoft Dynamic 365 Business Centre, and Microsoft Office
