We have an exciting new Business Development Role for a very busy, expanding Commercial Waste Company

They are the leading provider of waste management and recourse solutions across the region who deal with company's and businesses who have a legal recruitment to have a provision for waste. They're looking for a Business Development Manager to sell these services and to research and identify new business opportunities. All of the companies that you'll be speaking to must have these provisions, and your job will be to offer this service on behalf of your company.

It's a field-based role so you'd be given a VW golf and phone to drive around selected postcodes to speak with and sell to sole traders and limited companies. It is a full business development role so you must have the confidence to generate your own leads, seek out the correct contact within the organisation, and foster and develop these relationships. The company do offer a few other services such as a utility switch service, but your main role would be focused on the waste management aspect.

The ideal person will be capable of providing an excellent customer service, have a sales mindset and be extremely tenacious. Now that companies are opening back up and reviewing business processes, this is an excellent time to beginning a role like this. It's not just commission, they're offering a basic salary of between 20-26k depending on experience and they estimate a good candidate could earn an extra 12k OTE within their first year

Immediate start - Mon - Friday 8.30-5

20 days hol plus bank holidays

20-26k DOE

12k OTE earning in year 1
