What we want from you!


You will be collaborating with all key and senior stakeholders within the Lab as well as EDML on a regular basis to support DTMS in meeting commitments in areas such as Risks and Issues, Recruitment, Financials and Reporting as well as maintaining Project Governance Control.


You'll be a self-motivated and proactive Business Manager who has an eye on the bigger picture but can also get into the right level of detail to analyse and provide feedback to the various projects as well as implementing efficiencies to work smarter across the lab . You're up for the challenge of working alongside large, sophisticated programmes that will drive significant technology and cultural change across our business.


Additionally we would look for you to have some understanding of the below but don't worry if you're not an expert, as you're willing to learn!



  • Ability to communicate openly with confidence by questioning and gaining context to understand clearly what is needed during interactions at all levels of the organisation.

  • Relationship building skills to build and harness strong working relationships with key partners and multiple areas of the bank

  • Build, lead and maintain truly collaborative working partnerships to achieve shared outcomes.

  • Influence key customers at a Lab leadership level

  • Get results, focus on delivering the key reports to enable the leadership team to make effective decisions and understand their risks and opportunities.

  • Confidence to express own opinions, and be pragmatic about modifying them when appropriate

  • Knowledge of operational systems such as Clarity, SAP, Workday, Beeline

  • Technical and financial skills, detailed-oriented but able to analyse and distil insight from data

  • Proficient Understanding and awareness of the Group Change Policy and Approach as well as use of CMT.

  • Ability to quickly understand the Lab strategy as well as the business objectives for each Team

  • Wide range of analytical techniques and data, supported by comprehensive operational experiences, to formulate and define operational plans and strategies

  • Passion to improve and automate processes
