My client is a well-established financial institution based in Leeds with over 10 offices in and around West Yorkshire. They are looking for someone who can really make an impact with their key accounts and build their client base. This is a customer facing with great customer service and account management being very useful experience for the role.


MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB


To increase membership, products and services. Raise awareness of organisation and develop business opportunities and projects. Responsibility for a number of key customers to ensure full client retention and assist with all strategic planning and delivery of solutions to external businesses. Generate new opportunities within key accounts


KEY ACCOUNTABILITY'S


Manage the relationship of existing partners by:



  • Creating a Development Plan for Key partners

  • Creating a contact Plan for all existing partners, reflecting the current and potential business from each. Visit partners and agree the plan


Identify new partners then:



  • Create a contact and marketing plan

  • Plan contact for all other Leeds Social Enterprises and similar to raise awareness of organisation

  • Review existing payroll schemes and develop new ones

  • Maintain records of partners and partner activity

  • Identify and develop new Landlord Partnerships

  • Provide Call sheets and activity plans on a weekly basis

  • Provide monthly progress reports by the 5th of the following month.

  • Manage existing and increase payroll schemes across the City

  • Utilise risk management tools to identify risk situations

  • Highlight income opportunities generating and maximising revenue through existing accounts

  • Review, contracts and the renewal of service agreements

  • Raise awareness of the organisation the creation of marketing ideas, external meetings.

  • Recruit new volunteers and identify potential workplace representatives.

  • Train and develop outreach workers to deliver products and services

  • Support, the management, training and development of the Volunteers and Co-ordinators

  • To attend partner's sites, collection points, exhibitions, shows etc as required


QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE



  • "A" level standard of education

  • Demonstration of a high level of initiative and forward thinking.

  • Well-developed Financial Skills

  • Well-developed IT skills

  • Knowledge of banking & financial services.

  • Organisational and marketing/PR experience.

  • Experience of managing a small team of volunteers.

  • Experience of accessing funding.

  • Good interpersonal skills including communication and self-management.

  • Good presentational skills.
