My client who is based in Northwich is currently looking for an efficient Business Support Administrator. As part of a nationwide company, the role of Business Support Administrator varies on a daily basis and allows you to develop business relationships with a variety of people. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to assist with the implementation of a number of projects within the Business Support Team.



Your role will include:



  • Ensuring that department Service Level Agreements are met both through individual and collaborative efforts.

  • Ensuring that personally agreed objectives are met within specified deadlines.

  • Undertake general project support duties in a timely manner.

  • Completing all necessary processes relating to organising meetings, supporting colleagues working onsite and general administration duties.

  • Attending meetings/communicating as required with Business Support team and their customers.

  • Completing all further reasonable external or internal requests that come into the department.



You will be:



  • Highly organised, forward thinking, taking a lateral approach to problem solving.

  • Used to maintaining high standards of professionalism being polite and courteous to both internal and external parties at all times.

  • Punctual and prepared for all activities and meetings, striving for 100% attendance.

  • Shown to have a proven work ethic; striving to constantly improve personal performance while working towards team objectives.

  • Demonstrate a consistent high level of customer service both internal and external.

  • Experience in Health and Safety which would be advantageous but is not essential



Required experience



  • Educated to GCSE level

  • Previous administration support experience essential
